Breeze Of Miami

Escape to the tropics with every sip: watermelon, lemon, and coconut, plus the classic flavor of Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky

1 oz Coconut Water

.75 oz Simple Syrup

.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

4 Chunks Fresh Watermelon

Fresh Watermelon Stick for Garnish

Fresh Lemon Wheel for Garnish

Fresh Coconut Piece for Garnish

Preparation

Muddle or macerate fresh watermelon chunks into the bottom of a Highball glass.

Combine Buchanan’s 12-Year-Old DeLuxe Whisky, coconut water, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.

Strain contents into the Highball glass with muddled watermelon and fresh ice. Garnish with fresh watermelon stick, fresh lemon wheel, and fresh coconut piece.
